Henrico supervisors approve Reynolds Crossing mixed-use redevelopment plan

The Henrico Board of Supervisors in September approved redevelopment plans for Reynolds Crossing that will turn the office park (at the intersection of West Broad Street and Forest Avenue) into a mixed-use development with approximately 1,500 residential units.
