Liam Oliver Mancuso Palma, 23, of Richmond, Virginia, passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2024. Liam was born in Michoacan, Mexico, and emigrated to the United States on his own at age 14. After graduating from Douglas Freeman High School in 2020, Liam was a valued employee at Publix grocery store and later worked at a restaurant in downtown Richmond.
