Henrico trial set for December for inmate who escaped state custody in 2023
An inmate who escaped from state custody at Bon Secours St. Mary's Hospital in August 2023 and was on the run for two months will stand trial in Henrico in December. Naseem Isaiah Roulack escaped from the custody of Virginia Department of Corrections officials and disappeared for two months before he was captured in Northern Virginia. He had been in Henrico for a medical procedure while serving a sentence at Greensville Correctional Center.
