Average price of gas in Virginia down to $3 per gallon
Virginia state gas average of .00 for one gallon of unleaded fuel is down 7 cents from one week ago, 28 cents from last month, and 59 cents from a year ago, according to AAA Mid-Atlantic. The average price statewide is its lowest since Jan. 27.
