Man on tricycle struck and killed in Highland Springs
A man riding a tricycle in Highland Springs just before 10 p.m. Aug. 27 was killed when he was struck by a pick-up truck, according to Henrico Police. Warren Wilson Davis II, 56, of Henrico, was riding the tricycle east on Nine Mile Road when he was struck by the truck, which was traveling the same direction, near the intersection of Nine Mile and Hart Street. Responding officers attempted to provide life-saving measures, but Davis later died at a local hospital.
