UR to host panel discussion about free expression
The University of Richmond will be hosting a panel discussion on the future of free expression in the U.S. on Sept. 6, as part of an effort to promote civic engagement and democratic discourse. The free event will take place at 6:30 p.m. in the Modlin Center for the Arts, Camp Concert Hall, and will feature a panel of experts from a variety of fields including rap, civil rights, and legal scholarship.
