Western Henrico Rotary Club presents 'Service Above Self' awards
The Western Henrico Rotary Club recently presented its annual Service Above Self Awards to a police officer and a firefighter for their service to their communities. The presentations took place during the club's Aug. 13 meeting at The Westwood Club. Henrico Police Officer Phillip Moyer received the award for his work, as well as his efforts with Kelona Hills Farm, a charitable initiative he founded with his wife, Meghan (who attended the ceremony with their one-month-old fourth child).
