Wesley Allen Ball, age 73 of Richmond, VA, passed away on August 3, 2024. He was born on February 1, 1951, and raised in Powhatan, VA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Margaret and Omar Ball, Jr. He is survived by his sister, Betty Ball Bowman and her Husband, Joseph A. Bowman. Wes retired in June 2013, returning to VA, after serving as Coordinator of Music Education at Western Connecticut State University.
