Report provides mixed conclusions about health of James River

The University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science recently released its annual report on the health of the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries, and the James River once again took home the top grade among all major tributaries, earning an overall grade of B. It was the 14th straight year in which the James River scored highest in the State of Environment Report Card among all Bay tributaries.
