Obituary - Larry Rosser

Larry “Cookie” Rosser, 78, of Highland Springs, Virginia passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2024, at his home surrounded by his loved ones. Larry was a proud veteran who spent time on The Destroyer USS Rich from 1962- 1965 serving for the United States Navy. Afterwards, he worked for many years as a bricklayer and was also a member of the Bricklayers Union. Larry is preceded in death by his parents, Otis and Rhoda Rosser, his wife, Janet B. Rosser; brother Wesley Rosser; his daughter, Rhonda Thomas; and niece Rhoda Hammond. Left to cherish his memory is his sister, Bonnie...
