CharacterWorks, a faith-based after-school theater program, will present “Disney and Cameron Mackintosh’s Mary Poppins” at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. June 14-15 and at 2 p.m. June 16 at the Lora M. Robins Theatre at Steward School, 11600 Gayton Road. Based on the books by P.L. Travers and the classic Disney film, the Broadway adaptation of “Mary Poppins” received nominations for nine Olivier and seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical.
