Rex Allen Carder, 70, of Highland Springs, passed away Thursday, May 30, 2024. He was preceded in death by his father, George J. Carder and is survived by his wife of 51 years, Peggy Diane Carder; two sons, John Carder (Heather) and Jason Carder; two grandchildren, Taylor and Cayden Carder; mother, Julia Marie Walker; sister, Carolyn Folk; brother, Francis Carder; four-legged son, Chico; as well as nieces, nephews, and extended family.
