40-year-old Colonial Heights man dies in Henrico motorcycle crash

A 40-year-old man from Colonial Heights died after crashing his motorcycle in Henrico's West End May 29, according to Henrico Police. The crash was reported at around 6:15 p.m. at the intersection of West Broad Street and Wistar Street. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Christian Gotay Rivera in the roadway. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. Investigators said Rivera was traveling east on West Broad Street in the right lane when he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed.
