A Henrico County woman is celebrating a ,000 Powerball win after she nearly lost the winning ticket she bought. Tierra Barley bought a Powerball ticket at Varina Superstore Supermarket on Darbytown Road May 8 but left the ticket in the store while she took her daughter to the park, according to Virginia Lottery officials.
