New Virginia DMV program makes it easier to get motorcycle endorsement
The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles has announced a new initiative that will allow experienced motorcyclists to obtain the proper endorsement on their license without taking the knowledge and skills tests at a DMV location. The pilot program is part of an effort to reduce the number of unendorsed riders on the state's roads.
