Thomas Earl Allen, age 78, of Highland Springs, Virginia passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 18, 2024. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Wilbert and Flossie Ann Allen, brother’s Murriel Allen and Ellwood Allen, granddaughter Kasey Houchins and sister-in-law Eleanor E. Allen (Beth).
