Henrico Sports and Events Center to host bluegrass concert

The Henrico Sports and Events Center will host its first concert on June 21. The "Sips and Strings" event will feature two Virginia bluegrass bands: South Hill Banks and the Harwell Grice Band. Tickets for the event are available through Ticketmaster.
