Henrico Police charge 4 people from North Carolina in connection with auto-theft ring

Henrico Police have arrested four people from North Carolina in connection with a multi-million dollar auto theft ring that allegedly stole vehicles from a Henrico business and sold them. Arrested were 25-year-old Deondre Deshawn Lowery, 23-year-old Trajan Dakel Mack, 22-year-old Daquante Antwone Banks, and 20-year-old Samiyah Michelle McNeely, all of the Charlotte, North Carolina area. Each faces multiple charges of grand larceny, and Lowery, Mack and Banks each face two charges of entering a structure to commit burglary.
